Dao-zi Chou never let Omaha get something going. The Detroit left-hander commanded his curveball in pitching the Death Stars to a 2-1 win. The Raptors drop to 15-16 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2032 season.

The Death Stars used some clutch hitting to beat the Raptors, a good example being the at-bat of Takanobu Kawamura in the bottom of the 11th. With two down, Kawamura gave his team the lead, 2-1, when he hit a walk-off run-scoring single.

"Dao-zi is tough when he's hitting his spots," said Detroit manager David Parker.
