Late Rally by Racers Seals 6th Straight Win
|
The Bowling Green Racers got a good effort from starter Alain Picard in defeating the Bronx Bombers at Top of the Hill. The final score was 5-2. Bowling Green reliever Kyung-hwan Ho picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Carl Tyler was saddled with the loss. With the loss, Bronx falls to 6-18.
Bowling Green took a 5-2 lead in the bottom of the eighth inning. With two out, center fielder Arnáo Reininho hit a 3-run home run that electrified the crowd.
