Peoria and Chicago met at The War Dome in front of a lively crowd.

The Peoria Caterpillars picked up a win at The War Dome, knocking off the Chicago Titans, 11-4. Starting pitcher Jim Obershaw, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. Peoria goes to 15-9 with the win.

Peoria left fielder Danny Sanchez made his contribution to the Caterpillars cause with a bases-clearing double in the top of the fourth inning. For the day, Sanchez was 1 for 4 with a double and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.

"Our guys are never satisfied," said Peoria manager Roberto Martínez.
