Portland starter Félix Reina kept the Brooklyn hitters in check, helping his team cruise to a 9-0 win. The win brings the Beavers to 9-11, a soft start for a team that made the playoffs just last season.

Reina worked his mojo for Portland. The hard-throwing left-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 7 innings of work.

"Félix was throwing strikes, locating well," said Portland manager Ryan Blandford.
