Pasadena center fielder Jesus Rivera played a vital role in his team's 6-4 triumph over Minneapolis. He slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice for Pasadena. The Freeze fall to 7-8 and continue their wobbly start to the 2032 season.

With Pasadena trailing 3-0 in the bottom of the third, Rivera hit a 2-run home run off Minneapolis hurler Yaichiro Tamura. It was the 2nd home run of the season for Rivera and put his team ahead, 3-2.

Rivera told a Pasadena Citizen reporter that he was "very satisfied" with the win.
