Marauders, Deleón Blast Tornadoes

The Maple Marauders just keep winning.
The Maple Marauders used an offensive barrage to beat the Kansas City Tornadoes, 10-1, at Legends Park. Dante Deleón led the way, going 4-for-5 for Maple. Ze-dong Zhang, the winner, improved to 4-0. He held the Tornadoes to no earned runs on 4 hits over 5 innings, while striking out 7 and walking 3.
Deleón had a big at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the fourth inning, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Marauders went on to win.
"We'll keep riding this wave as long as we can," said Marauders manager Jesús Alfaro.
The Marauders, now 15-3, have had a terrific start to the season.
