Loss to Escape Extends Acapulco Losing Streak
Despite a fine performance by second baseman Bill Grant, the Acapulco Banditos suffered a 6-4 loss to the Scranton Escape. Grant went 3-5 with 2 doubles, while scoring 2 times. Earning his 3rd save for Scranton was Máximo Larreta. Acapulco, at 2-10, has had a dismal start to the season.

Doing his part for Scranton was right fielder Joe Taylor, who stroked a 2-run double in the top of the second. For the game, Taylor went 1 for 4 with a double and a walk. He drove in 2 runs.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Taylor told the Scranton Gazette.
