Fairfield right-hander Yeong-suk Kim helped his team edge Silver Lake by the score of 3-2. Kim kept the opposing lineup in check. Fairfield reliever Ralph Petersen picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Cyprien Bataille took the loss. With the win, Fairfield is 5-6.

Fairfield won the game in the bottom of the ninth inning. With one out and Cyprien Bataille on the mound for Silver Lake, pinch hitter Nesto Castillo hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Flash fans to their feet.
