Miguel de la Rosa helped his team muscle past the Peoria Caterpillars, 6-3. In the game, the Billings left fielder was 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times. Losses have been few and far between for the Caterpillars so far this season. Their record drops to 6-3.

The Mustangs got a big boost from third baseman Shigetoki Yamaguchi who had a run-scoring ground out in the bottom of the third inning off Caterpillars hurler Matt Pinke. It was his 3rd RBI of the season and put Billings on top, 3-2.

"I just try to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said de la Rosa.
