Zhou Delivers 2-1 Win
|
The Silver Lake Baristas got a stellar effort from pitcher Chang-wei Zhou, helping Silver Lake score a 2-1 win over the visiting Scranton Escape. Silver Lake, now 5-3, has played well in the early going.
Zhou was the winning pitcher. He raised his season record to 2-0. In 8 innings of work, Zhou gave up 1 earned run on 3 hits, while striking out 6. The Escape were never able to generate much offense.
