The Acapulco Banditos used an offensive barrage to beat the Chicago Titans, 11-2, at The War Dome. Bill Grant led the way, going 2-for-5 for Acapulco. Nobuhito Suzuki picked up the win, improving his season record to 2-0. He struck out 4 in 5.1 innings. Kakuzo Kobayashi was credited with the save for Acapulco, his 1st of the season.

In the top of the third inning, the Banditos grabbed the lead when Lewis Hoskins rapped a two-out home run. Acapulco was trailing 1-0, when Hoskins hit a 3-run home run off William Clark to put his team in front, 3-1.

"It was full throttle on our side," said Hoskins.

The Banditos, with just their 2nd win so far in 2032, have yet to catch fire.
