Bombers Take Toreros to the Woodshed, Win 19-2
The South Carolina Bombers knocked the living daylights out of the Cabo San Lucas Toreros, 19-2, at Bomber Ballpark. South Carolina designated hitter Shawn Harris was named player of the game for his productive day. He was 4 for 5 with a home run, a triple, and 2 singles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 5. The first-place Bombers have a one-game lead in their division.

There was more than one reason the Bombers beat the Toreros, but Harris's big at-bat in the bottom of the second was an important factor. He staked his team to a 3-1 lead when he hit a 2-run home run.
