Quebec Armada starter Yohann Bosler turned in a top-notch performance against the Cabo San Lucas Toreros at Field de Los Layendas. The result was a win for the Armada, 4-2. Joachim Doucet, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 38th save. Quebec is in second place in the Thurman Munson League Sparky Anderson Division with a record of 79-67.

The Armada got an important contribution from center fielder Wei-qiang Ju, who in the top of the third stroked a 2-1 fastball into right-center for a 2-run home run. It was his 19th home run of the season and put the Armada ahead, 2-0.

"I just trusted my stuff," said Bosler.
