|
Ichiyo Yano left his imprint on the 7-5 Brooklyn win against the Kansas City Tornadoes. Yano, the seven overall pick in the 2027 draft, went 2-3 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Jan Shirazi, the winner, improved to 9-5. He held Kansas City to 3 earned runs on 6 hits over 5 innings, while racking up 6 strikeouts. Ti-an Dan closed it out for his 33rd save.
