Both teams had their opportunities, but in the end, the Brooklyn Black Knights got the win.
Starting pitcher Fred Price pitched well enough to help the Brooklyn Black Knights beat the New York Mafia by the score of 4-3. Ti-an Dan earned his 3rd save in 3 tries.
Tom Hanson's at-bat in the top of the seventh was significant for the Black Knights. Coming to the plate with runners on 1st and 2nd and Brooklyn leading 3-2, the shortstop hit a run-scoring single.
"We made a couple of mistakes," said New York skipper Roberto Campos, "and it cost us."
The Mafia fall to 6-8 and continue their lackluster start to the 2032 season.
