Mile High Mustangs starter Jose Albertrani pitched a strong game against the Eureka Hornets at McNichols Stadium, leading the Mustangs to a 5-4 win. Picking up the save was Rintaro Shinoda, his 1st. At 54-57, the Mustangs find themselves in third place in the Thurman Munson League Sparky Anderson Division.

Shunso Sato played a key role in the win. The Mile High third baseman hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the seventh. For the game, Sato went 1 for 3 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Sato told the Mile High Today.
