Fine Effort by Davi Not Enough in 10-7 Bombers Loss
Despite a great performance by South Carolina second baseman Baber Davi, the Seattle Sasquatch defeated the Bombers by the score of 10-7 at Bomber Ballpark. Davi was 3 for 3 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice. Seattle is now 45-52.

Jesús Lópes came through for Seattle when he hit a run-scoring triple in the top of the sixth. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-0 fastball to center field, staking his team to a 6-5 lead.

"Good win for us," said Lópes. "We'll strap it on and go after the next one."
