Already down in the Divisional Round, the Dallas Texans put on their best show, beating the Rubber City Rhinos by a final score of 1-0 today. Sigfrid Arnim earned player of the game honors, as he threw 8 innings of 4-hit ball. Dallas now trails Rubber City 2-1 in the best-of-7 affair.

One consequential at-bat came in the bottom of the sixth. With a runner on 1st, the batter, Masamichi Fujita, hit a run-scoring single. It made the score 1-0, Dallas, and helped them go on to win.

"We came out on the wrong end of this one," said Rubber City skipper Larry Johnson.

The next game is scheduled for Wednesday, October 13th, 2032 at Metroplex Park. Slated to start are James Thompson for the Rhinos and Rahmad Bintang for the Texans.
