Rhinos Win Again, Extend Series Lead to 2-0
Bob Ruíz pitched a gem to lead the Rubber City Rhinos to a 3-0 victory over the Dallas Texans in Game 2 of the Divisional Round today. The right-handed Ruíz threw 5 innings of shutout ball in the win, which gave the Rhinos a 2-0 lead in the best-of-7 series.

The Rhinos had to work out of trouble in the top of the eighth. The score was 3-0, Rubber City, with one out. Dallas, with runners on 1st and 2nd, was mounting a threat. Tom Lampley dug in at the plate, but on a 1-2 slider, he struck out.

Game 3 is scheduled for Tuesday, October 12th, 2032 at Metroplex Park. The scheduled starters for the game are Tom Hanson for the Rhinos and Tony López for the Texans.
