Raucous Aloha Stadium Crowd Propels Islanders to 5-3 Victory; Series Tied at 3
The Hawaii Islanders and the Brooklyn Black Knights will take the Divisional Round to a decisive 7th game. In a must-win situation today, the Islanders beat the Black Knights 5-3 at Aloha Stadium to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Hawaii left-hander Allen Cox was named player of the game in the win after he threw 7 innings allowing 2 runs.

Antonio Roman contributed a productive at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he got hit by a pitch. It was one at-bat that helped Hawaii get the win.

"Allen is tough when he's hitting his spots," said Hawaii manager Leland Ray.

Game 7 is set to be played on Sunday, October 17th, 2032 at Aloha Stadium. Slated to start are Fred Price for Brooklyn and Allen Cox for Hawaii.
