The Pleasantville Panthers picked up a win at Stealth Ballpark, knocking off the San Marin Mustangs, 8-3. Starting pitcher Bobby Morey was an essential part of his team's success. The third-place Panthers have won 4 straight.

Trailing 2-1, Pleasantville hopes soared in the bottom of the third inning when the 16-year old third baseman Bruce Allison lifted a 1-0 curveball into the stands for a 2-run home run. The round-tripper put the Panthers up, 3-2.

"I like seeing our guys get a return on what they've put in," said Pleasantville manager Bobby Lowenstein.
