Panthers Figueroa Smacks 5 Hits
The College Park might think twice next time about pitching to Carlos Figueroa.

At Batfish Ballpark today, the Pitman High Panthers catcher burned College pitching, going 5-for-6 in a 17-14 Pitman High triumph.

"When he's on his game," Pitman High skipper Juan Lopez told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded."

Carlos Figueroa grounded out in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Craig Johnson in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 8th.

Thus far in 2032 Figueroa is hitting .382 with 10 home runs, 36 RBIs, 42 runs scored and has compiled a .461 OBP.
