But for now the young Tokyo Yakult Swallows star can enjoy the numbers he put upin April, which have garnered him the nod as the Central League Batter of the Month. His breakout month featured a .385 average with 12 home runs, 34 RBIs and 26 runs scored. For the year Suzuki is batting .387 with 15 home runs, 54 RBIs and 44 runs scored. |
