Dragons Lose Ohayashi for Season Friday, April 28th, 2028 The season is apparently over for Yoshitoki Ohayashi. The Chunichi Dragons medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 4 months with ulnar nerve irritation. Ohayashi was hurt in the game against Hanshin while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. For the year Ohayashi has collected no saves in 18 relief appearances. He has also notched 54 strikeouts and 26 walks in 37 innings while registering a 6.32 ERA and a 2-0 won-lost record. |
