Injury Forces Noboru Miyamoto Out Sunday, April 25th, 2027 The Swallows will be minus Noboru Miyamoto for about 11 months after the starting pitcher suffered a torn rotator cuff while throwing a pitch in a recent game against Yomiuri. Miyamoto and the Tokyo Yakult skipper were hoping further examination might show there was less damage than originally thought and he would be absent a shorter duration.
