Blanchard Week's #1 Player Monday, May 8th, 2028 Gilbert Blanchard of Niagara was a smashing success this week, winning the Player of the Week Award in the Lester B. Person League. He hit everything the pitchers threw at him, hammering them for a .611 batting average, going 11 for 18 with 4 home runs, 10 RBIs and scoring 7 times. This year Blanchard is batting .293 with 16 home runs and 44 RBIs. |
