Girard on the Attack, Player of the Week Monday, April 10th, 2028 This week Jean-Yves Girard, second baseman for the Victoria Capitals, hit his way to the Lester B. Person League Player of the Week Award. Girard put on a hitting clinic with a .538 average as he belted and battered LBL pitchers for 7 hits in 13 at-bats, 2 home runs, 3 RBIs and scored 4 runs.
