RP Don Jones Hurt Thursday, May 25th, 2028 UCLA reliever Don Jones suffered a season-ending injury throwing a pitch in today's game against the Wolverines. According to club doctors Jones has radial nerve compression. Although Jones has declined to comment, sources close to the player have stated that he is "devastated" that he will miss the playoffs. To date, Jones has collected no saves in no relief appearances. He has rung up 33 strikeouts and 17 walks in 28.2 innings while registering a 9.73 ERA and a 1-3 won-lost record. |
