Mitchell Collects Player of the Week Award Monday, May 15th, 2028 A red-hot bat made Jeff Mitchell the obvious choice for this week's Skip Bertman League Player of the Week. The Michigan first baseman laid down some numbers that no one else could match, including a .467 average on 14 hits in 30 at-bats, 5 home runs, 12 RBIs, and 13 runs scored. Say no more ... he got the award. On the year Mitchell has hit .472 with 22 home runs, 64 RBIs and scored 57 runs. |
