The Math Says - Long Beach State Out of Playoffs Tuesday, May 9th, 2028 The Long Beach State 49'ers put up a good fight in a quest for a playoff spot, but ultimately were missing a few ingredients to make a good enough run. Today the club is officially out of contention. The 49'ers have missed the playoffs 15 times in their 16 years as a USA NCAA DIVISION I franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 6th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2022. In the last 10 seasons, the 49'ers have missed the playoffs 9 times. |
