4-Game Suspension for Buckeyes Farley
Saturday, May 6th, 2028
The league has issued a 4-game suspension to Buckeyes shortstop Victor Farley for his bad conduct yesterday at the Ohio State-Oklahoma State game at Ballpark of Bloomfield College. Farley was tossed out of the game for heatedly questioning a third-strike call. Once the home plate umpire ejected him, Farley ran over to argue more, even though the umpire warned him specifically, "Don't you come over here."

Farley then retreated to the dugout, where he threw several bats onto the field and followed with a toss of an athletic trainer's bag. Later, Farley ran out of the clubhouse tunnel to continue arguing -- a big no-no for a player who has already been thrown out.

Farley is hitting .262 for the season with 1 home run, 24 RBIs and 10 runs scored. He has 32 hits in 122 at-bats and played in 36 games.
