Year Over for Gamecocks Budden Thursday, April 13th, 2028 The season is finished for Chris Budden of the South Carolina Gamecocks. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Gamecocks starting pitcher suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Alabama Crimson Tide. Team doctors said it would take at least 12 months to heal. |
