Bears Grissett Smacks 5 Hits Friday, March 31st, 2028 Edmund Grissett did a number on the Owls in the Baylor 11-9 victory today, and the number was 5. The Bears shortstop banged out 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Toughkenamon College Fields to lead his club past the Rice Owls. "I felt good in the batter's box today," he said later. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done." Edmund Grissett hit a two-run home run off Wendell MacNamara in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and singled in the 10th.
