Takahashi Selected BOL Player of the Week Monday, August 21st, 2028 24-year-old Takahashi Takahashi made a few Barrow headlines during this past week as the rookie left fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and Buck O'Neil League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 7 hits in 16 at-bats to put up a .438 average. Takahashi collected 4 home runs, 8 RBIs and scored 7 runs. In his season totals Takahashi has 13 home runs and a .327 batting average. |
