Wilson Takes Home AHL Top Batter Award Saturday, July 1st, 2028 Gerald Wilson is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Brisbane right fielder joined that select company when the August Herrman League announced the results of June's voting. Wilson totaled 24 hits, 14 walks, 5 home runs, 13 RBIs and 14 runs scored last month to put together a .369 batting average and .481 on-base percentage. For the year Wilson is batting .267 with 8 home runs, 24 RBIs and 27 runs scored. |
