Bad News for Whitewater, Burnell Injured Sunday, May 7th, 2028 Isaac Burnell had to leave the Eagles game against Sioux City after suffering a torn back muscle while throwing a pitch. He will be out of the lineup at least 4 months. He told reporters, "I just felt a sharp pain when it happened. I knew there was something wrong." To date this season Burnell sports a 1-4 mark with a 6.15 ERA in 7 starting assignments. He has held the opposition to a .265 batting average and has 27 strikeouts in 33.2 innings. |
