Super Swinger -- Esser Slams 5 Hits Saturday, October 16th, 2027 Wladimir Esser did more than his part as Chippewa trimmed Westside today at The Reservation. The River Chiefs center fielder pounded out 5 hits to pace his team to a 17-1 thumping of the Road Warriors. Wladimir Esser singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 4th, hit a two-run single in the 5th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 8th. In this current campaign Esser is hitting at a .364 clip with 7 home runs and 47 RBIs. |
