Seals Omero Antonucci Wins AHL Award Monday, September 20th, 2027 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the August Herrman League, but last week Omero Antonucci of the Beach City Seals reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Antonucci rocked opposing pitching for a .480 average (12-for-25), no home runs and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Antonucci is hitting .264 with 2 home runs and 35 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .339 clip and scored 53 runs. |
