Player of the Week: Nakashima of the Dancin' Outlaws Monday, August 2nd, 2027 Yoritoki Nakashima is respected by most West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws fans for his no-frills style of play. The 20-year-old second baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the August Herrman League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .444 average (12-for-27) with 2 home runs, 10 RBIs and 5 runs scored. This season Nakashima is swinging the bat at a .287 rate with 69 hits in 240 at-bats. To date he has hit 10 home runs, scored 38 runs and driven in 44. |
