Johannes Jancke of Grand Canyon apparently doesn't as he battered Eugene with a 5-hit outburst in today's game to lead his club to a 7-6 win. He told the press after the game, "And I didn't even take BP today. I think I have been taking too many swings before game and decided to take a day off. Wow, this was really something... a 5 for 6 day... will my name be in the record books now?" Johannes Jancke grounded out in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 9th and singled in the 11th. |
