Luscombe No-Hits Bush Wackers Monday, May 3rd, 2027 Alex Luscombe was untouchable today at Baylor Ballpark, displaying a good fastball, a wicked curve and an unhittable change in his 3-0 win against the Brisbane Bush Wackers. The Arlington hurler did not allow a single hit, fanning 7 while walking 4 and entering the record books. "Hey, this is great," Luscombe told reporters after the game. "Every pitcher wants a no-hitter. This is nice, but I just want to win. The no-hitter is just a little extra icing on the victory cake." This year his stats show Luscombe has no saves in no relief appearances with a 2-2 record and 3.10 ERA. |
