Ando Sizzles -- Smokes Storm Troopers for 5 Hits Friday, October 6th, 2028 The San Antonio Storm Troopers might think twice next time about pitching to Shoji Ando. At The Rat Hole today, the Rock River Rats center fielder burned San Antonio pitching, going 5-for-5 in a 20-4 Rock River triumph. "When he's on his game," Rock River skipper John Smiley told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded." Shoji Ando hit a three-run home run off Nobuhiko Miyashita in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
