Silicon Valley Center Fielder Picked ACL Player of the Week Monday, July 10th, 2028 26-year-old Dao-zi Woo made a few Silicon Valley headlines during this past week as the rookie center fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and Alexander Cartwright League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 10 hits in 27 at-bats to put up a .370 average. Woo collected 5 home runs, 9 RBIs and scored 10 runs. This season Woo is batting .250 with 21 hits and 10 home runs. He has scored 19 times and has 20 runs batted in. |
