Tanaka Batters Lake of the Isles for 5 Hits Tuesday, April 18th, 2028 It was a sensational day at the plate for Yoshihide Tanaka as he led the charge to a 11-7 win over the Wolves. The Jacksonville second baseman was pure misery for the Lake of the Isles pitching staff. He left them shellshocked with 5 hits in 5 at-bats in an explosive display of hitting. The manager for the Wolves told BNN reporters after the game, "Tanaka put the ball into play. He really hit it hard. When you do that, you've got a pretty good chance to do some damage. And that's what happened. I feel like we threw some pretty good pitches, but he just put some good swings on the ball." Yoshihide Tanaka hit an RBI double in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th. This season Tanaka is batting .275 with no home runs.
