ACL Awards Best Batter Prize to Rice Monday, September 6th, 2027 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Alexander Cartwright League, but last week Paul Rice of the Fairfax Foxes reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Rice rocked opposing pitching for a .429 average (9-for-21), 2 home runs and 8 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Rice is batting .294 with 9 home runs and 41 RBIs. |
