Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Friday, May 21st, 2027 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Temple-Lake of the Isles contest at Goers Field. The Goers Rhys Kirton and the Wolves Toin Hara will have to sit out 6 games for their part in the brawl. Kirton is hitting .180 this year with 2 home runs, 9 RBIs and 4 runs scored. He has 9 hits in 50 at-bats, 5 walks and a .268 on-base percentage. Kirton has played in 13 games. In 10 starts this season, Hara has picked up 2 wins while suffering 5 losses. He has pitched 46.2 innings, allowed 48 hits, struck out 31 and posted a 7.52 ERA. |
