Shaun Sharp took TRIPLE A by storm this year and he did it all at the age of 24.

For his spectacular campaign, the Indian Wells Aeropostales star has been named the 2028 Kade Stenson League Silver Slugger Award recipient.

"To be considered amongst the best in the league is pretty overwhelming," said the right fielder.

On the season he compiled a .344 batting average to go with a .399 on-base percentage. The native of Howland Center, Ohio also added 11 doubles, 2 triples, 40 home runs, 119 RBIs and 93 runs scored.

Motonobu Suzuki of the Indian Wells Aeropostales finished second in voting, while Bob McCullough of the Amarillo Horseman finished third.
