Coal Miners Come up Short of Playoffs Thursday, September 21st, 2028 A late-season playoff push isn't the cards for the Antioch Coal Miners. The club today was mathematically knocked out of playoff contention. Before this season, the Coal Miners last missed the playoffs in 2022. In the 16 years they have been a TRIPLE A franchise, they have missed the playoffs 11 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 5 times. Antioch has won the Triple A World Series 4 times in their history. |
