Detroit Season Won't Continue in Playoffs Monday, September 18th, 2028 The Detroit Death Stars will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. This season won't contain a playoff run for the club, as Detroit was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. Before this season, the Death Stars last missed the playoffs in 2025. In the 16 years they have been a TRIPLE A franchise, they have missed the playoffs 11 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 6 times. Detroit last won the Triple A World Series in 2026. |
