Childers Rips Silver Lake for 5 Hits Friday, September 8th, 2028 It was a big day for Sean Childers and he brought the Indian Wells Aeropostales along for the ride. Childers led his club to a 11-10 victory over the Silver Lake Baristas today at Ashton Gate, smoking Silver Lake pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. The 34-year-old catcher later called the victory "pretty sweet." Sean Childers singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, walked in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
